Are you glad I've finally made the full jump over to Langstroths over the last several years?
Russ, wow, can I hire you as my presenter/infuencer/spokeperson for my channel?
I really appreciate the kind words and taking time out to watch my stuff.
And, as always, I appreciate any constructive criticism. :)
I also added a super.
Please understand that my rant is me being sarcastic.
I'm 100% treatment-free.
LOL, That's not saying much these days. But I'll take the compliment!!
As always, thanks for the kind comments, Fivej. :)
But I guess it's becoming summer for you....lol.....ooops.
LOL, EVERY removal is dramatic to most of you in the northern United States this time of year.
Y'all have to live vicariously through me during these winter months.
Thankful we can still do removals in Florida this time of year:
3 hours away.
Yes, the whole battle with cold is not something I ever want to encounter.
Hive beetles are our battle down here.
Thanks so much !!
If you are a masochist and want to subscribe to my channel, by all means do...lololol...
If I would have known ahead of time that they didn't build comb inside the top bar nuc, I may not have placed them in the top bar aquarium hive.
I had to cut that comb off in order to...
I guess when I built it, I had more time on my hands than brains...lol.
But yeah, only in Florida would something like this work, at least with this design.
The only thing I have to be careful...
Admittedly, the transfer to the aquarium hive went well.
The ones in the wall between two floors at the apartment complex, not so much, lol.
It was more trouble than it needed to be.
I appreciate the kind comments and taking the time to watch this stuff. :)
This cut-out was a bit of a challenge being in such a tight spot and portions obscured by 2x4s.
These are now safely in my back yard.
This is just a brief video of the beginnings of the removal.
Sorry such a late reply, but I really appreciate the kind words, first of all.
But yes,, I stack them in my smallish back yard here in central Florida.
I occasionally sell nucs, but that's...
