    I have the same reptile incubator, I just made styrofoam holders for holding the queen cell cages , it works good and keeps the cells trapped for emerging virgins.

    You can put a box or a trap box back at that spot and collect foragers , then shake them back into the hive, do this a few nights and all will be good.

    I just got a 26 gal tank delivered today. I will try gravity flow first if that dosn't work I will order a more powerful 12 volt pump. I have seen some that will pump 4.6 gpm.

    I use a rounded dowel and dip my own in wax, I dip 100 in about half an hour. Plastic cups are very cheap, and acceptance is almost the same.

    It also depends on how long it would take you to get more supers and frames, I'm only 1 hour from a bee supply so I could run over assemble and paint and have them on in a day or 2.

    you can mix frames with bees no problem, you can't shake bees from different frames into different hives, that normally starts a war

    If Its cold out you dont want to split the brood cluster, bees below honey on top while its cold. If you split the cluster and it gets cold the bees cant keep 2 brood clusters warm.
