Should I scrape off the excess comb from the top of frames and below the bottom bar of my frames in the brood chambers? What about honey frames?

It's called burr comb.
It goes in the bucket.
Bucket? The metal one that the smoker gets carried around in so that it don't set things on fire like the in back your your pickup.
The litter box is full of pine cones.
The merrill box is for carrying frames of bees or honey frames. Hardwood Wood Wood stain Floor

Some of the burr comb is used as ladders and bridges for internal movement; if it gets excessive I'll remove it, otherwise I leave it. No harm, no foul.
