    Hi Joe,
    I just wanted to drop you line with my first hand experience. Please read my latest post in the thread. If you want the full story just ask for my phone number and we will talk. If you search Norton in the main menu you will find another thread about him not fulfilling customers orders.
    I am not just one "squeaky wheel" and I can't figure out why you would label me as such. If you read the 40 threads there are 2 others (tlozo and Charles Roberts) with the exact same experience as me.
    These are the facts. If you wish to hear Chuck's side feel free to contact him. He will tell you that he had to queens to send me and he can't refund my money because he has none. I finally received an email from him today (first in 5 weeks) stating he still has no money for my refund.
    Anyway, the purpose of my thread was not to spark a big discussion about who is right and who is wrong. I'm simply alerting the public of my horrible experience with Chuck Norton. He thinks he had a bad year, I'm out $671 for 10 queens thanks to him.
