NJ bee laws are being formulated by the agriculture dept. at this time. They appear to be very restrictive

The bee laws have resurfaced and are restrictive and unchanged.

The restrictive regulations were squashed after public uproar. Also, my understanding is that the person pushing it has moved out of the state. Link to new guidelines (not even termed regulations): https://www.nj.gov/agriculture/news/hottopics/approved/topics180305a.html
