This is a typical swarm
trap (these swarm removal pictures are all taken at night in
complete darkness) ready for cutting bees out, that someone left
off at the Lusby's front industrial yard gate, taped shut. (Since
the Lusby's have been (family) in Tucson since 1927, often they
find swarms left off at their gate, be it swarm traps, chest
of draws, old storage boxes, cans, misc. containers, etc., to
deal with on a daily basis
throughout the active year by well meaning neighbors.) |
