Hive removal with a BeeVac

Photo of hive removal from corner of old house. Unknown as to how long colony had been there, neighbors said bees had been there for several years. Probably different groups of bees over the years. The cavity is 4" deep, 2' wide, and 8' high. Comb had filled all the cavity except for a few inches at bottom. Recovered 2 gallons of honey, enough bees to fill two deep hive bodies and a few pounds of wax. Could not have accomplished it without the vac.
