Tulip Poplar,
Saw the first open bloom today, thanks to that warm spell the last 2 weeks of Feb. it's 2 weeks earlier than normal. ( which is unfortunately also too early ) Weather is wet, cool and windy, hope it changes quick.

This weekend I watched (feral?) honeybees in newly bloomed sumac; they have only just started blooming & will bloom for 2 or 3 weeks.
