I have 2 chipmonks hanging around the hives. They appear to be picking up scraps of wax and maybe dead bees. Has anyone had any negative experiences with chipmonks?

I have never seen any negative literature written about them in literature.
Sounds like they are simply getting something to eat from dead bees carried outside the hive by workers housecleaning. This is also done by birds, lizzards, etc.
