I recently introduced a new queen bee into my hive, after getting rid of the old one. she made herself right at home. I went out to watch the bees and found several newborn bees dead out side the hive. The next day I found a few more. Am I and my bees in trouble? Thanks,
Walter

Not necessarily, they could be drones and with a young queen no longer feel they need so many.
Now if its workers, come back and we will look more closely at what you are seeing.
