I will get you the names and numbers of a couple that could help you out. Not sure if it will work with top bar hive though. Barry on this site is from Farmington NM which is right down the road from you and there is someone else on here from Farmingtion, so they may be the better choice if they have some splits they can hook you up with and then you can order the queen of your choice for your hives...best of both worlds.

I am just over the pass from you in the San Luis Valley. I don't usually sell packages but if you can't find anything let me know. We breed off our best colonies which are Italian mutts. They do great in Colorado. I'll P.M. you as well.

I live outside Durango, Co and I also want to buy some bees for a TBH. Any leads would be great.

I know two or three keeps here in Farmington who sell nucs, but you will need to get on their list.
