    Default Grafting question

I have seen several people write about cutting down the cell walls to get to the larvae. As long as I don't crush the larvae, is there any special secret way to do it or special concerns to worry about. Or can I use a sharp knife and go that way.

    Thanks

    We can't tell you, it's a SECRET!

Just use a hive tool too scrape the cells down to the mid-rib and you're fine.........

A good sharp knife will work too. Here's a secret i've seen in use lately, RiteCell foundation. The larva sits below the plastic ebmosing so once you scrape or cut off the wax, the prize is all yours with no problems.
