Is it worth it to save the propolis I scrape off my frames and other equipment? If so where would I sell it? And is it safe and/or beneficial to eat it right after collecting it or does it need to be processed in some way first?
I haven't given this subject a lot of thought until now.
I inquired about the wholesale and retail price of unprocessed propolis in the 'products of the hive' thread and have'nt received any responses yet. So I searched the forum and found a couple of threads that were somewhat helpful, but dated. There are others that may help you, I searched 'propolis prices'. Hope this helps.
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
