Default Waggle dance on the front of a swarm trap?

I have a swarm trap with some brood comb in it. It does have a little patch of nectar, so I figure a lot of the activity on that one is robbers, but there are a couple bees that keep doing waggle dances on the front of it. I have not seen that before from scouts, so I'm wondering if this is just foragers pointing out the source to other bees that are close? It is one of those urgent here it is type waggle dances.

Could be either, depending on what wiggle they are using.

This behavior was near a new caught bait swarm.
    Any ideas?

That's crazy, are they stinging each other?
