    Default First-year flowering perrenials

I'm trying to come up with an annual bee pasture mix, and the choices seem rather limited, a great deal of bee plants seeming to be perennials. I was therefore wondering if people could help me out by pointing out which perennials they know to flower on the first year. Does white clover flower on the first year? Alsike clover? Trefoil? Dandelion, I read, will only flower on the second year, though perhaps if sown early enough...?

Any ideas or suggestions? Preferably plants that we can buy seeds in bulk for, I'm thinking of covering acres, not a few square feet, so seed price is to consider.
