Strength For Life by Shawn Phillips
Has anyone ever done this workout program? I just started yesterday, and it is SO intense! It's a 12 week program, I am pretty excited for the results. It's a mix of intensely focused dumbbell weight training, high intensity interval training, and full body circuits.
I'm lifting higher weights than I thought possible, with the help of my trainer! Got to, if I am going to be lugging around big boxes of bees and honey!
Anyway, it seems like it is a really good program. You can find the book at the library!
