    Default Live Orchid swarm trap

Saw this while doing some web search on Apis cerana.
Dendrobium floribundum is called Eria paniculata in modern taxonomies, and is a widespread orchid genus (growing as far west as Nepal).

your picture sent me on a late night of internet research.
I never really figured out why the kinryouhen orchid does not also choose to
imitate the queen smell of european honey bees, and instead only the asian.
What did I miss? thanks for the great picture!!
