    Is this the water heater stat that will work for what were doing, looks like this will go down to 90 degrees , I don't want it to hot , maybe 100 .

    Ive used several computer fans over the years, but bought this last time. Very quiet and does the job

    This and two 100 watt bulbs are wired to a Kelley thermostat, which is screwed to the outside of an old chest freezer. It holds 8 buckets plus some jars stacked on the buckets. Lifting 60s over the top is no fun ,but it works.
    I've put together 6 or so over the years.You can slap one together in less than an hour.
