    Default Wild hive queen right?

Recently I stumbled on a hive located in the wall of a abandon trailer. Also about 50 yards away I found bees coming and going from a crack in the tree. Looking inside the tree I can see a little bit of comb which appears to be completely empty, no honey or brood, but has lots of bees on it. Also the activity at the tree is about half what it is at the trailer. My question is is the tree a second colony? Or is it just bees from the trailer colony? Thank you so much for the help I have got from this site.

Unless the bees in the tree are robbing out a dead colony, it would be a separate colony. Check it at night. If it is a robbing scenario the bees in the tree will all leave for their own colony at night.
