    Default EMails!!!

    Sorry, didnt know where to post this; I just need to know how to stop the emails every time a thread I posted in is updated with a new post???
    I went to settings and checked DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.. but see that I have about 30 emails again today.. Thanks to anyone who can point me in the right direction!

    It is in settings, I will see if I can find it.. the same thing was filling my emails up.

    SS1 I stand corrected, I also need to know this as I just check the email I set up for this and it was filling up too.

    It is in "Settings". Click the image to enlarge:

    Subscription notification preferences are set by the "Default Thread Subscription Mode", shown near the bottom of the screenshot. The setting show will stop emails.

    I suspect that you may have to let notifications for currently subscribed threads run their course, and that changes you make will be effective for new threads. I'm not positive about that though.


    Also, this is covered in the FAQ section available by clicking in the Menu Bar above, just below the forum header. Once you have clicked "FAQ", look in the "Reading and Posting Messages" section.
