    Default New from Oklahoma

    Hello Yall
I am new to this site and beekeeping. Like most of you I am trying to learn as much as fast as I can.
Obtained my first hive this April/May. So far so good. At least they are still with me. I have 3 deeps on them now. I am working on being chemical free. It is important to me to stay as natural as possible. I run a small organic vegetable farm. I sell at the local farmers market. So the bees will be worked the same way. Chemical free.

Just saying hi and wishing yall a good year.

I would like to hear from any beeks around north central Oklahoma

Can you call your honey organic and get a premium?

    Thanks for the welcome.
No I cant use the word organic. Not on my honey or my vegetables. I just do my best to farm that way.
