    Default Empty feral hive, except for the moths and SHB

    For those that have never seen what happens when SBH and wax moth take over a hive here are a few pics of what it looks like.

    Had a heck of a time getting all the comb out and cleaning up between the floors.

    I bet it smelled nice too. I recently put a hive out where the previous one died out last year (not mine). I found the only saving grace of plastic foundation... the waxies don't destroy it, just clean it off nicely.....
