Default will a queen lay any eggs between mating flights?

I have mutiple mating nucs. I have noticed, in severeal of them, that a week after the cell hatches I have a laying queen.
My question is: Once the queen lays an egg, are her mating flights done? If I move her to a new hive I don't want to cage her for three days when she should be out getting addional mating flights, or have her fly out of the new hive back to the mating nuc.
    Thanks
    Luke

She may make multiple flights over a cpl days, but once she starts laying she is done mating.

Thanks, that's what I thought, but I wasn't sure. Some of the queens get laying much quicker than I expected. I guess warm calm weather really helps.
