    Default Food Grade Cleaning Products

What do you use to clean the inside of your 5 gal bottling containers after washing them with soap/water? I am looking for a Food Grade cleaner to wipe out the inside of the buckets using lint free paper towels, before filling the buckets.

If that qualifies, it doesn't get much easier than that.

I only use water for my honey cleanup. Wouldn't want that soap flavor soaking into the plastic.

If you re keen to sterilize, use baby bottle sterilizer. Keep in mind, bacteria can't live in honey.
