    Default mixing honey

I have a half bucket left of wildflower honey from one source and 10 gallons from another source . Should I blend them in the bottling tank or can I just dump them in? They both do taste different! I hate to blend them cuz the mess involved.

I must be scotch because I never waste anything. Blend them and label em as such.

I prefer the distinct tastes of distinct honey sources. I would not blend them.

    I agree, just bottle separately.

You answered you own question, if you hate to do something, don't.
