    Default Adding another brood chamber

    I just moved my bees out of a 7 frame nuc full of bees to a ten frame deep brood box is it to late to ad another brood box and will they have enough food to winter them?

    If they are drawing out the comb on the frames, I would go ahead and add another box, you have the fall flow to go yet. Lots of goldenrod and such.

    When I do that I usually pull one of the outer edge lower box frames and put it in the middle of the new added box. This seems to better entice them to build upstairs....
