Default How soon can I place queens in hives?

Well, the title about says it all. I grafted last Friday and was extremely happy with the number of finished cells that are capped over. Most have a good amount of royal jelly in them. How soon can I move them to a queenless hive or a nuc? I know I can for sure by day 10, but can I do it any earlier? I found my new addiction in life, ready to do it again! Thanks for the help.

If they are already capped then wait until day 10, they'll be more strong and stable. You can move them before they are capped without much risk.

Thanks Ray. That was my fear. Day 10 is out for me due to my job. So I hope that late on day 9 will be OK. I was hoping to do it today or early tomorrow, but I will wait as late as I can. Thanks again for your help!

It will be ok. I've even transfered them just after capping, just be very gentle, they'll make it fine.
