Got into my hives today and found a queen cell with royal jelly about 2/3 up on a frame. I am trying to figure out how to locate a supersedure cell. I'm unsure how to tell the difference between a swarm cell and a supersedure. There were several other queen cells started; some on the bottom of the frame and another up high but none that far along. Is it normal for hives to have 4-5 queen cells built at all times and how do I tell if it's just a supersedure?

Background:
This is a split from this spring. There are 2 medium brood boxes, one medium of drawn comb, and one medium of foundation

In relation: I have another hive I split at the same time that has built up to 7 medium boxes.
