Default hemizonia congesta, Hayfield Tarweed. Any good?

The star thistle around our Santa Cruz mountain foothills is tapering off but there is a lot of this kind of tarweed in bloom and I have been seeing the bees on it. I never noticed it before. Does anyone know if it is a significant nectar or pollen source?
