Default Honey in Space ID challenge

A challenge - Just noticed that the Canadian Astronaut liked PB & honey sandwiches. Saw this video and am curious if you can ID the brand of honey

    Look for it at 1:05

I'm taking a gamble that the food he is eating is supplied from the CSA as is the tradition. So I think it will be a canadian packer.

Any guesses? Blue label with white and yellow lettering. The editor tried to fuzz out the label, but I suspect it is Burlesons. Anyone got a positive ID on it?

No idea, but PB&H is an old favorite of mine. Add a slice of good sharp cheddar in there, and it's heaven.

I sent an email to Burlesons honey. They confirmed that the bottle looked like theirs, but that they have no other official proof and NASA didn't contact them. But they od think it is theirs.
So kudos to Burlesons and thanks to the Canadian for promoting Texas Honey!
