Default I thought they eventually quit taking syrup.

I have 3 almost 6 week old packages. By comparison, one very strong - two average. They’re still taking syrup. When do I quit feeding? Now, when they don’t want it or when I add third boxes?

They will slow down taking the feed once you start getting a good natural flow. I would feed until you add your first super. They are natural horders so they will keep taking syrup as long as you keep feeding and adding room.

when you think they have enough stored up to not starve. If they are still drawing comb and the queen still has plenty of space to lay, the syrup helps them draw comb faster I think. Just gotta be careful that they don't get honey bound (syrup bound).

Definitely stop feeding when you put any box on that you plan to harvest honey from.
