Angry Lots of Drone Brood and I SEE QUEEN CELLS! Help!

It has been 17 days since I first installed my package bees into my TBH. I inspected the hive last week and was able to see the Queen, and lots of larvae that she had lain. Upon inspection today I was not able to spot the Queen. Bar#2 had 3 queen cells. Has my Queen died? I feel so let down right now like I did something wrong. I hope I didn't kill her.
They would not be building queen cells if she were still in the hive correct?
Any and all info/comments are appreciated.
Also, there was much more capped brood cells than when I checked last week, and it appears they are mostly drone brood cells.

They're probably superseding her. They think they can do better, and they're probably right. Patience.

There must be a harder way to do that... let me find it for you.

I agree with Tony P. They are probably supercedure cells. I don't think I have installed a package yet where the bees didn't immediatley replace the caged queen that came with them. Just wait and watch. It would be really unusual for a 17 day old package to swarm.

How do they replace her? Do they just kill her?

Yes...usually. Though occasionally a mother and daughter queen will lay side by side in the same hive. You will really be booming if that happens, with twice the laying power. Keep an eye on them. As long as you see eggs, larvae, and capped workers cells (not all drone cells), all is well.
