Default Shaking bees booted from hive

I'm a second year beekeeper that started two supers from packaged bees in March. One of the supers has a lot of dead bees in front of the hive and I noticed on Saturday that some bees were removing still live bees from the hive. Upon inspection of these live bees I found them to be quivering/shaking. What could be causing this and what can I do to assist these bees to survive?

Have you noticed any robbing? They could be stinging robbers and dragging them out
