Default Bees are storing pollen patie and sugar syrup

I got a package of bees on the 26th of April. Since then, I've been feeding them a syrup of 2 parts sugar and 1 part water. I did my inspection today, and all seemed well except the bees seem to be storing the sugar syrup and pollen paties in the brood box. We already have flowers in bloom so i removed the hive top feeder. I'm not sure if i should put the food back with a 1:1 syrup or just leave it.

If you want them to draw new comb on bare foundation, you need to feed 1:1 syrup. Even with flowers blooming, the flow may not yet be in full. Thus, you should consider feeding until you have a sufficiency of comb drawn or you're in a full flow.
I love the smell of nectar in the morning.
