Cool Frames drawn out in one week!

I'm using a medium super for my honey super and they drew it out from the plastic and are filling it with honey in one week! Is this normal? I guess we have strong nectar flow now!

When bees need comb they can build it really fast. I crush and strain and have cut the comb out leaving the top two cells and had them build the comb, fill and cap in two days when things are right. It usually takes a little longer to dry enough to cap but a strong hive can flat build some comb when they need it.

How long does it normally take? I peeked in my hive yesterday (at the package that has been in there for a week), and there was no sign of any comb. Seemed to be lots of activity though - there were lots of bees clinging to both sides of the middle two frames. There also appeared to be a bunch of dead bees lieing on the bottom board (inside the hive). Should I be worried about that? Should I have cleaned them out?

If there are massive amounts of bees I would remove them but normally the girls handle housecleaning in the hive for you.
