    thanks for the replys, does it indicate anything I need to worry about? should I scrape it off?

    The bees will raise as many drones as they think they need. I would open a few drone cells just to look for mites on the pupae but not necessary. When they build drone cells on the bottom of frames I would remove them but the ones on the frames are fine.
