So after reading everything I could find on this forum, the New Zealand study PDF that someone posted and numerous private messages I decided, YES! This is the preservation process for me!

I built a tank that is designed to hold a deep or two westerns, bought 300 lbs of wax, etc, etc.

Today I fired it up, got it full of 280f wax and plopped my first deep hive box in!

It boiled over.

It boiled over and did not stop boiling over all **** DAY!

I had at least fifty pounds of wax on the ground. I will reclaim it, I am pretty good at that kind of thing.

So finally to my question, does anyone know of an anti foaming agent or some such I can use?
