Got a call to check on some bees in a birdhouse 12 ft up in the air. It looks to be a very simple removal, but I am wondering about the about of queen cells / swam cells that may be building. The birdhouse is about 8 " wide an 12 " tall. THe are busting at the seems. So I am pretty sure That when I get them in my back yard they will be ready to start swarming.
What's the best way to cut into this box? Vacuum? or just rubberband some frames and catch the queen. Tell me what you would do. Thanks
