Default I had a hive die off last fall.

I froze the deep frames and am ready for a new year. Some frames have capped and uncapped honey. Some have loads of pollen. Is it a problem to put the frames into my remaining hives? No sign of disease the bees died off with no queen and it was so late that there were no drones to breed.

No, no problem with using them in your current hives, or using them to make up splits. The bees will greatly appreciate the frames of stores, especially when spring weather prevents foraging.
