Default Reusing wax moth damaged frames?

Well, somehow...someway I failed to keep the wax moths out and my drawn comb was damaged. I have frozen the frames to kill anything left. Is it a problem to put the damaged comb into my hive? WIll the bees just fix it?

clean of as much of the silk as you then give it to the bees to fix

Yup, you really, at the minimum, need to scrap off those endbars and at least remove some of the webbing. Be advised that most of it will get rebuilt as drone comb.

Yes, they'll do a pretty good job cleaning it up. I scrape off the silk and get rid of the cocoons. If the comb is old I pull it all out since I try to rotate comb fairly frequently now and the wax moths give me a pretty good excuse to do that. I try not to give wildly damaged comb back to the bees.

You hit the nail on the head. Maybe try putting it in honey supers far away from brood nest.
