So me and my 7 year-old son were riding in my neighborhood yesterday and I happened upon some faux/particle board wood that was thrown out by the street.
I backed my van up and proceeded to haul it away, and look what I've slapped together thus far.
I just need to make a roof, legs, top bars and I've already done a follower-board:
WACKY? YOU BET !!!
Will it last forever? Heavens no. However, once the roof is on (with overhangs), it will last quite a stretch.
It's free - so what's the big deal if it doesn't last a decade?
By the way, are there any recommendations of types of paint to go over that faux finish for added protection, or is the faux finish protection enough??
