Mid April kicks off my second year keeping bees. It all started with a mother earth news magazine were a page advertising beekeping books made me look twice. From there, I I have read dadants book over and over, joined clubs and was mentored to gain a head start. As of last year, I produced gallberry/palmetto, brazilian pepper and raintree honeys. This year I feel just as excited as the first year and I hope to continue to learn, meet new people and grow my apiary to many more hives.
