Default Moldy comb/honey O.K. to leave in deadout hives?

I have two deadouts that have some moldy comb, as well as some thin (probably fermenting) honey/nectar dripping out of open cells. Is it O.K. to leave that comb in the hive for the new bees to clean up when I install new packages?

The bees will clean it all up.
