I have 2 of them.... interesting units. I like them but..... durable, stout, well built..... nice size ( a little large for a mateing nuc) don't interchange with anything else. not supers, tops bottoms, screens... nothing...... if I was in the market for just mateing nucs I would consider them again..... Liek I said they are dedicated.

charlie, can you tell me how you got yours setup? i plan on getting mine going.. i am in n.j.

There pretty straight foward. they come with a dividers and feeders, you can pull the divider and run it as a 2 way One issue was with getting them to draw comb. I don't think there was any way on the frames when I got mine. I had to brush them with wax to get them to draw good. I would also put some screen wire in the feeders to help with drowning. but you can set them straight on the cround, the lids lock down, and they seal up the compartments well enough fighting is not a problem if the lids on right.
