I made fondant using 1 part water to 4 parts sugar with 1/4 tsp. vinegar per pound of sugar. I haven't had to use all of it and would like to turn it into syrup. Is that possible and if so, how do you do it.
Thanks,
Wayne

Add water to bring it back to 1:1 and stir. Start with less water and heat a little and it will happen fast.
Thank you.
Add about two parts of water per amount of fondant, it's not critical. Heat to dissolve and cool, then feed.
