If a queen gets varroa atacked after mating flight and gets virus load will it be passed to brood or will it just weaken her condition and egg laying abilty.

That is a research paper kind of question, but I doubt if it is a serious problem. If mites are so thick that a queen who is groomed and cared for by a court gets a mite, I would say the situation is already really past out of hand.
