    Default Protein Bars???

    We have some expired human protein bars, guys bring them into work from their workout gyms to give away. Most are just expired some are a lot older..Do you think it would hurt to feed them to the girls???????

    Protein bars won't do much for the bees as they won't eat them, most likely. Bees have limited chewing ability, their normal food is pollen, not oatmeal and seeds.

    Worse case is that the bees won't eat them but hive beetle larvae will, in which case you may have a hive beetle problem....

    What about those undertaker bees? They are great lifters. They can use the extra protein. I would consider 5hr energy in the syrup... or maybe monster....
