I have been reading all I can about beekeeping and In reading lots of these threads I am amazed at how much honey the "backyard / hobbyist" beek's are getting. What do you do with it all? Are most people selling / giving it away? I would guess , on a heavy year we might eat or use in baking maybe 5 pounds and I dont really know , if I was to get 50-75 pounds , that I could find a place for it or if I want to go through the rules and regs to get set up to sell a food product.
