Who has the best foundation for Ross Rounds and Cut-Comb?

Bought mine from Mann Lake. Don't know if one is better than the other.

I use Kelley #131 for RR, 3-7/8 x 16-1/2 and #138 for shallow frames, divided bottom bar and wedge top bar for cut comb.
