    Exclamation Pollen and feeding question

How do I feed dry pollen? Does it need to be wet? And is it too early to be feeding sugar water, when the temperature is below freezing at night, and up to 40+ in the daytime?

my bees start flying once the temp gets up above 50. closer to sixty and they are really flying good.

you can put dry pollen and syrup out if they are flying.
